Will clients know the replies are automated?
That's your call. Most studios have it introduce itself as the studio's assistant. Clients can ask for a person any time, and the conversation comes straight to you, or to your front-desk rep on the plans that include one.
Who is the rep on the Human front desk plans?
A trained member of our team who works remotely during your business hours. They follow your shop rules, use only the inbox, phone line and calendar you approve, and hand custom design questions to your artists. On the Human + AI plan, AI covers every hour they are off.
Do you need my Instagram password?
No. We connect through Meta's official API. You approve access from your own account and can remove it any time.
What if a client asks something it doesn't know?
It tells them it'll check with the artist, flags the conversation and texts you the question. It never makes up prices or policies.
Can it give exact quotes?
It only gives the ranges you approve, like “5-inch fineline usually runs $250–$350.” Final pricing always comes from the artist.
Does it work with my booking system?
Google Calendar and Cal.com work out of the box. If you use something else, tell us on the call and we'll check how to connect it.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. Calls keep ringing your current phone first. We only step in when nobody picks up, or when you want every call answered.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel any month. If you leave, we send you a spreadsheet of every lead and booking we handled.
